Sliver-X: The mastermind behind the panicus network and the comunity here. A lot of content on his site. Mainly the Dragoon X Omega series that is very high quality. Dragoon X Omega is a hack of Dragon Warrior 1 and is very much finished. Dragoon X Omega 2 has been completed by Sliver-X and Thaddeus. Very high quality stuff.

Slick Productions Inc.: A very good site featuring quite a bit of Final Fantasy related material and a decent ammount of programs including a winamp NSF plugin with a new NSF extended format. Disch and Lenophis operate this site.

Aeon Genesis: This is the no holds barred best Japanese to English video game translation site on the net. Gideon Zhi who runs the site single handedly and does a good job throwing out translations like a machine.

Kitsune's Den: Another good Japanese to english translation site that many games completed.Akumajou Densetsu, Mobile Police Patlabor and many others.

Rveach: Has quite abit of stuff here over the last couple years of programming. He updates his site quite often so expect more in the future.

Drag's Site: Has GP32 dev programming, NES programming, GBS file ripping and other material on his website.

Zophar's Domain: Has turned into a mere file archive that gets by, by inertia alone. No longer the driving force in the emulation community.

nesdev: A nonstop shop for all NES technical related docs and utilities.

Lost Levels: One of the newer NES rom release sites. Has some members from other rom release sites running the show.

CaH4e3's Stuff: One of the best NES rom release sites now days. The site is often updated with new NES pirate ROM releases.

Romhacking Dot Net: The new news site for both the romhack translation community and the other half of the romhacking community.

||board: Acmlm board 1 where romhacking and other subjects are discussed.
